Atlantic Seafood – Icelandic Delicacy´s ships four times a week, every working day from Monday to Friday. Transit time takes between 24 – 48 hours.

To ensure the freshness and excellent quality of our product we pack all orders in insulated styrofoam boxes with frozen gel packs and insulation. All orders get registered shipping by air via DHL, UPS or FedEx, depending on which of the companies provides the fastest service to the delivery location. Someone must be present at place of delivery to receive the orders. Orders that the shipping companies fail to deliver can not be guaranteed! All orders require signature upon delivery.

Freshness during shipping is guaranteed, however, once delivery is made it is customers own responsibility to get the product under the right storage conditions as soon as possible. Upon receipt, we recommend that you unpack all packages as soon as possible and place the seafood Our fresh marine products are bought from the daily catch from experienced fisherman with wide knowledge of how to treat delicate fish with the goal of maximizing quality.

It is customers responsibility to provide import or special licenses if needed to receive and handle our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive, be sure to call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace your order or refund your money.
